Chris Klebba is a licensed real estate broker, REALTOR®, Certified Home Buying Advisor and Certified Home Selling Advisor. A former Michigander, Klebba began his real estate career in 2002 following success in the customer service sector for the automotive industry in Detroit.
In 2007, a family vacation to Charleston, SC set the path for relocating to Lake Norman for Chris and his family. While traveling south on I-77, Lake Norman appeared out the car windows and the family fell in love. Lake Norman seemed the ideal place to work, live and escape the northern cold. Three years later, the dream to live at the lake became reality when Chris’ wife, Caryn, took a job in Charlotte and the family relocated to Cornelius.
Using his significant knowledge from Michigan of the factors that draw people to lake-area real estate, Klebba quickly became the go-to person for real estate in the Lake Norman area. Having lived on the water in Michigan, Chris has a passion for the lake life and the often small-town pace that accompanies it in the surrounding areas, and his knowledge translates into unmatched service for his clients.
Using his passion and uncanny ability to connect with people, Chris uses the “get by giving” philosophy to exceed expectations every time. In fact, Chris has been known to give personal boat tours of the vast Lake Norman water on any given day or simply take an evening boat ride for dinner with clients. Chris believes in this over and above service for all his clients—his wife may see it an excuse for a boat ride, but she often joins too.
Chris is a proud dad of two boys: Griffin (22) and Benjamin (19) and, when not showing houses, you are bound to find Chris, and Caryn on Lake Norman or scoping out a new dining spot! With a boating season that starts in March and runs through October, the family frequently dines by boat at the many Lake Norman restaurants and can provide reviews for most menu items at them all!
